Hey Guys!

I am putting a timetable together for everyone's attendance on the
five days of the exhibition. Presumably everyone will be at the
private view. Could you tell me when/ if you are unable to be at the
show at any point within these fews days before I put a rota together.
Below are the opening times. I expect we will be there a few mins
before and after the show opends everyday so that everything is
tidy/presentable and safe.

Wednesday 15 July
15:00-18:00 VIP & Press Preview
18:30 - 21:00 Awards Preview Evening


Thursday 16 July 11:00-18:00

Friday 17 July 11:00-18:00

Saturday 18 July 11:00-18:00

Sunday 19 July 11:00-16:00
